The scottish townhouse hotel was BEAUTIFUL. air conditioned rooms was a godsend, especially with the thick curtains blocking out the morning sun. i did enjoy Happy hour drinks. The bar had a great vibe.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness. Some cups and glasses was dirty from breakfast. there was napkins from breakfast in the BED under the duvet, that was not good. when i told the receptionist this when we checked out SHE was disinterested.

The room i got was quite a letdown.. storage was a big issue as there wasn't nearly enough space for my things. some of the staff seemed totally uninterested. A smile goes a long way, you know. the pool and sauna area downstairs reminded me of an afterthought. Definitely not the relaxing spa vibe i expected.
